Been 4 days that my deposit of 15000inr in baterybet casino is not received! They said wait for 2hours then for 24hrs and then for 48hrs still no response. They said payment provider is not responding. Who’s responsibility is it? I have shared all payment proofs and everything with then regarding the same and I am unable to send support any message also

On 29th I made a withdrawal of 2714rs and now cyber cell and my bank has freezed my account and told me that there has been a complaint of money laundering and this is a disputed transaction.
