13 days passed withdrawal not received

I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal problem I am experiencing with Battery Bet. I won money in the casino section and requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer on 13 May 2026. Although more than 10 days have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Battery Bet support keeps telling me that they are working on it and are waiting for a reply from their provider. At the same time, they have marked my withdrawal as “completed” on their side. To help resolve the issue, I have already provided my bank statement, which clearly shows that no such credit of ₹12,000 has been received. In addition, I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests and the current status shown in my account, which I am ready to share as supporting evidence.

I kindly request that Battery Bet immediately transfer the pending ₹12,000 to my bank account or return it to my battery wallet and provide a clear explanation for this delay, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible

This is a serious matter.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
