The problem with this Baterybet casino is, the payout sometimes says it is completed but the payment does not reflect in the bank account. Unfortunately, the casino ask for your bank statement which is crazy to ask as our privacy with all other transactions taken for granted.
On top of this, their admin request tickets are rude and does not bother to respond for days. I have cut a request ticket on 12th Mar for a pending payout ₹12000 id 11721820536. I had promptly attached my bank statement as well but its been 3 days, there is no response

Dear AskGamblers team, the casino is neither cooperating or responding to my comments in the request ticket. I have shared my bank statement twice, I am guessing they will again ask me since nobody is looking into it
