Deposit done on March the 1st and yet not credited back

I had made a deposit of INR 2001 on 1 March and it was not credited to my account and in transaction page it showed rejected, but amount was deducted from my account. Earlier the agent told me it will take max 7 days to reflect back in my account and after 7 days they asked for my bank statement and told max 10 days. Now it's more than 11 days and still they say they are not able to find details it's really frustrating seems like no casino is here where I can play with the guarantee of my money.

On 18 day night received the funds in my casino account I request askgamblers team to plz close the complaint

Seems axe is a worst casino very disappointed to write this but it's now 16 days and still no answer every time they tell me soon it will be done but in other casino I had to wait max 12 days but now I really regret playing with them I was into axe casino as they were having very less complaints and what ever complaints were there were solved in no time but in my case they asked for pdf I provided them my statement pdf than after a week again for statement pdf was there want I provided that also but they are not solving my problem, I request askgamblers to interfer and check what is going on

The casino had asked for my bank statement and I had provided them in morning and after that no updates
