I signed up for the welcome bonus through askgamblers link.
Played and got my balance over $270, bonus and winnings were removed. Complained that welcome bonus was for 7 days under the bonus terms and conditions and was told that there was a day limit of bonus play when using an affiliate and these conditions were on askgamblers site.
Sent the screenshot of the askgamblers link and customer support agreed there was no notice of different conditions stated on the askgamblers link. Was asked to contact support again in a while which I did 2 days later and was told again to contact them in a while. Seems unfair that using an ask gamblers link results in unfair terms and conditions that are not present on Axes site and customer support are unrealistically slow in resolving issues.
