Casino keeps rejecting my withdrawal


Hi,

My withdrawal attempts are getting rejected. I have provided documents, and have gotten the message "We are glad to inform you that your account is fully verified now at AxeCasino". (Please refer to the attachment for confirmation)

I have contacted support and have gotten the following reply why the withdrawals are getting rejected: "We have to remind you that all deposits without bonuses (or if a bonus was canceled) should be played at least x3 times before withdrawal. You just need to make bets for 28.45 eur" (Please refer the attachment for confirmation)

After betting around 40€ more, I tried withdrawing the wins again and surprise surprise they again got rejected. I have not been provided with other reasons than what the support chat gave me. (Please refer the attachment showing getting rejected first after trying to withdraw 770€ and again after betting at least the 28,45€).

Support provided me with false reasons for why the withdrawals fail.

Hi, how are you doing?

First of all I think there is no more reason for a complaint as the withdraw was processed already on friday the 5th of August. But to have everything complete here the summary what happened.

The first withdrawal of 770 EUR was canceled on August 04, 2022 18:43 UTC TZ, because at that moment it was needed to bet 48.25 EUR more to finish the x3 wager requirement. It was just not wagered yet and that was only reason for the cancelation of withdraw.

After the needed amount was wagered, it was ordered a new withdrawal to card but this card did not accept withdrawal from us. This is an issue of the card itsefl We appologizy for this 3rd party issue.

Then, our payment specialists asked to order a new cashout request via bank transfer.
After it was done, it was processed successfully.

So the money already was withdrawn on friday the 5th and as I can see there have been even some deposits after this again, so I guess that there is no more reason for a complaint.

We are very sorry that the credit card did not accept the withdraw so it was processed then by bank withdraw and worked well.
