So my 300e skrill withdrawl is still pending Allstarzcasino account is also verified before I make even withdrawl. Chat told 24-48h they pay winnings but I dont get withdrawl still. I dont know any moore what to do hope someone can help me with this matter. Sorry if english is not best I use sometimes google translate

Allstarz Casino - Blocked my account

Hello,
I created an account on allstarz casino friday 15/08. I deposit 40€ and win more than 600€.
When i want to connect my account it’s write « message_login_account_permbanned ».
I talked with the live chat, they said i have to wait. But since friday, nothing happened. They don’t respond to my e-mail.
Please can you do something ?

Delayed withdrawal of 300 Euro

Hello. I am fully verified and wait more than 48 hours now to get payed out. Live chat says it will be processed soon. In the terms stands 0 to 48 hours. I came here to play because of the fantastic reviews. All say fast payout. I did cancel my first withdraw about one week ago because the money didnt come too and then i lost 2000 Euro. In the meantime i closed my account. Just want my money and never play here again

Delayed withdrawal

6 days, they keep saying "Sorry for inconvenience" without any reasons as to why its delayed, they promote "Light Speed Payouts" Hoping this will get me some answers. I have tried to reach out 4 times now and recieve same answer, it's a shame as I did enjoy the games they offer. After 1 day they said I will be contacted by email, no email has arrived yet. This is my first ever complaint, not sure how to make it to 300 characters by simply requesting that my withdrawal gets dealt with, or at LEAST an explantation as to why its been delayed so long, I am FULLY verified at allstarz so that shouldn't be the issue. If I can't get this resolved i will ultimatley request my account to be closed permanently.
