Delayed withdrawal

6 days, they keep saying "Sorry for inconvenience" without any reasons as to why its delayed, they promote "Light Speed Payouts" Hoping this will get me some answers. I have tried to reach out 4 times now and recieve same answer, it's a shame as I did enjoy the games they offer. After 1 day they said I will be contacted by email, no email has arrived yet. This is my first ever complaint, not sure how to make it to 300 characters by simply requesting that my withdrawal gets dealt with, or at LEAST an explantation as to why its been delayed so long, I am FULLY verified at allstarz so that shouldn't be the issue. If I can't get this resolved i will ultimatley request my account to be closed permanently.
