Hi ! This is my first complain hope its my last , sorry my english (Im french) , but here is my story. Today i deposit 35$ With 100% bonus on grande Vegas casino. So the total supposed to be 35$ cash and 35$ bonus !! But here is the first problem, on my account info it says 70$ bonus, that is not correct

Second problem and the biggest, i can not even play a bet on a slot and even on poker, it says each Time « Unable to communicated to server »

So now Im stock and on the chat With Jerel , Jerel says there is no problem With my account , But tell me why its only on this Casino i have this problem....

Please refund me or fix this please cause i feel like i got rob, seriously !! I deposit 35$ and i cant even play!!!

I am not very happy, i Work hard for my money and i dont like to be robbed like that ,

I Ask for a refund right on my credit card or dont take my deposit
