Account disabled and verification pending for days


Hi I have been trying to get my account verified for over a week now it is currently disabled ! they requested one last document which was uploaded last Friday and since then they have not got back to me . I have been trying to call and sent several emails to payment/ security support with no response . Live support continue to tell me to patient and wait for reply and that they can’t do anything about the issue . Can someone please help me as I’m trying to withdraw $500 I’ve deposited a lot with them and just want this resolved it’s beyond frustrating. Thank you

Thanks for the feedback.

The process of verifying your account has taken longer than usual as you had used another person's card and had a duplicate account which is a clear breach of our T&Cs, however, due to you being a long-term customer with us, our payments and compliance team have chosen to make an exception.

As a result of this, our compliance team needed to seek approval to fully verify your account from the head of their team and that process took a little longer than usual as it was over the weekend.

Your account has already been fully verified and you have full access. Apologies for the delays you’ve experienced, however, we do take duplicate accounts and using cards not registered to account owners seriously and this has had a knock-on effect.

I received a email and They have said my
Accounts all verified yet my accounts still disabled?? I’ve replied to the email with no response as yet and live support have told me they can’t do anything as it’s payments and security support who have my account on disable
