Hello , i register my account in Gala casino at 21/03/2014 through your site , i deposit 400 and i get 400 bonus.
I won 9050 euro.
I sent my documents (id, bill ) and i receive 4500 euro.
Then they start asking for additional documents , when , i requested withdrawal.
I sent them another bill , my driven licence and a screenshot from my neteller account.
The reply i get was :
‘7.2 We have the right to close your account at any time for any reason.’
I still have 4550 euro balance in my account.
Please , help me to get my money.

We have received undisputed evidence from the casino which clearly shows that player breached casino's bonus term #12. Players cannot bet more than 20% of the bonus amount or more than 10GBP in total in a single bet or game round on any of the casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.
