I won some bets and had more than two thousand euros in my account. I tried to make a withdrawal and they rejected it. They said to email the security department and I did so. We have been exchanging emails for 9 days and they are always slow to respond and ask for documents and do not verify my account!!!!
The account has exactly €2113.14 and I just want to be able to withdraw the money and use the account normally!! Help me please!!!
