I am writing to you because 888starz is preventing me from withdrawing the balance of my account (1 280.92 €) by asking me several times for the same documents as part of the verification of my account.

Indeed, since 31/12/2024, I have already provided:

- 4 different proofs of identity
- 1 selfie with my ID and their email in the background
- 1 proof of address

I am therefore forced to contact you to resolve this problem please.
