After completing my wagering requirements and sending endless documents I have been continually delayed in my pending $4,000 CAD withdrawal request for over a month now. Document after document, everything they have asked for I have sent in a very timely manner (like right away), however it's never enough. Added they don't ask you for every document from the start, they instead will ask you after weekly delays and you complain only to find your money put back in it's account every time. I have sent multiple casino's MUCH LESS of the same information this casino has asked for and received funds without a hitch but here it's never enough and only excuses to not pay you. On top what was initially more than friendly chats there seem to be none existent now, no replies to emails or live chat, coincidence? I think it's fair to say they are doing everything in their power not too pay me. If I am one who is having this problem than I'm sure there are plenty of others! I now have no choice but to ask you for help. Thanking you in advance.
