I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my withdrawal request, which I submitted on February 17, 2025, at 02:46:12 CET, for the amount of €205,00.
As of today, February 25, 2025, it has been 8 days since the request was made, and the withdrawal remains marked as "Pending" in my account, far exceeding your stated processing time of up to 3 business days as outlined in your website's FAQ and terms of service.
I am deeply frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with this situation, and I demand an immediate resolution.

This complaint has been reopened as per 5Gringos Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. In the past, I had to wait 11 days before they even processed my withdrawal. My account is fully verified, and there is absolutely no reason for this delay.
Their customer support is only repeating the same scripted messages instead of providing any real answers or solutions. I was told to “wait a bit more” and that my money is “just a matter of time” to arrive, but there is no real commitment or explanation.
