Unprofessional advice
Hi I want to make a complaint as its unprofessional to not be notified by live agents of needing to verify your account not once have they made note that I have to verify my account they have only said 3 working days is how long I will get the withdrawal. I have requested since the 21 of December and it has now been day 5 excluding weekend and public holiday and now they want me to send documents on day 5 of waiting. They have not mentioned anything prior, this is just unfair for players wanting their winnings.
