Hello! I have 451 eur balance and they disabled withdrawal option. My account is verified, I've provided all requested documents to them and they accepted it.But when I request withdrawal, 25 may, they canceled it, and told me, that my account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons, and they can't provide time-frame of checking. They tell me, that my account still checking, but it has already gone more than 100 days since "checking " starts. Please help me to solve this situation. Thanks.
