Hello,
This website (4kasino.com) states they have your seal of approval. I've been waiting for a pay out for 2 weeks. They state in their Terms & Conditions that the limit is 72 hours.
All I get when I ask them about the process is a standard message saying they are reviewing it and I will be contacted by email. They do this every single time and give no more information at all.
I'm not new to this world and feel like I'm being scammed. How can I solve this situation?

The total amount is 409€. I requested a withdrawal 13 days ago for 300€. This request is still pending and the casino is not interested in solving the issue. The remaining 109€ are in my balance. I’m sending you 2 screenshots in attachment.
