I have been waiting 13 days for a withdrawal

Hello,

This website (4kasino.com) states they have your seal of approval. I've been waiting for a pay out for 2 weeks. They state in their Terms & Conditions that the limit is 72 hours.

All I get when I ask them about the process is a standard message saying they are reviewing it and I will be contacted by email. They do this every single time and give no more information at all.

I'm not new to this world and feel like I'm being scammed. How can I solve this situation?

The total amount is 409€. I requested a withdrawal 13 days ago for 300€. This request is still pending and the casino is not interested in solving the issue. The remaining 109€ are in my balance. I’m sending you 2 screenshots in attachment.

Payment canceled after waiting for 30 days

I requested a withdrawal of €500 more than 45 days ago, even though my account is validated. On April 4, it was canceled.

Here is "the reason" :

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.

Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.

We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame."

On April 10, I reasked the bookmaker but still no concrete answer:

"As the review of your account by the responsible department is still in progress we do not have any further information to share at the moment."

Disabled withdrawals without a reason

I played for 4kasino for some time months ago. I won so my balance was 500 euro, verified my site and decided to make a withdrawal.

To my amazement, the withdrawal was listed as "disabled". I asked why but they won't tell me, asks me to wait, and now I have not heard from them since 3rd of january.

I have not played on the site for two months and just want my funds to move on from this strange site that treats me very poorly.

Delayed withdrawal of 21000 CAD

I have $21,000cad in winnings in my account with 4kasino.com, despite providing them with all the proper documents and claiming I’ve been full verified I have been paid a cent yet. It’s been over a month now as they said I have a $500 limit per withdrawl they would cancel my withdrawl and have some excuse saying that payment method can’t be used even tho it’s what I used to deposit. I have been communcatin back and fourth with provider and all the send me is automated messages saying relavent department is in processing.

Withdrawal option disabled more than 100 days

Hello! I have 451 eur balance and they disabled withdrawal option. My account is verified, I've provided all requested documents to them and they accepted it.But when I request withdrawal, 25 may, they canceled it, and told me, that my account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons, and they can't provide time-frame of checking. They tell me, that my account still checking, but it has already gone more than 100 days since "checking " starts. Please help me to solve this situation. Thanks.

Withdrawals disabled

Hello Askgamblers.

I am having issues with 4kasino regarding my withdrawal. I opened an account with them on March 28th, made a couple of deposits, and decided to make a withdrawal. The max allowed amount was 500eur, so that is how much I requested. They canceled my withdrawal several times each time asking for some verification documents. The funny thing was they send an email that the account has been verified and after requesting a withdrawal they cancel it and ask for more documents. But finally after sending all the usual documents + face verification + finally mobile phone bill they paid me out. After this, I requested the remaining 300eur withdrawal which they paid as well. Even though the casino looked weird where live chat is not working but still they paid out after 2weeks. So I made a couple of more deposits. And on the 19th of April I requested a withdrawal of 400eur, but the next day it was returned back (same thing as before), however, this time they did not ask for any documents and did not contact me at all. I tried to make the withdrawal again but after clicking "withdraw" I get a message saying "withdrawals disabled". I contacted them (via email as live chat is not working) but they do not reply. The account is active and I can play the games but cannot make a withdrawal. Attaching screenshots where you can see the withdrawals have been disabled, the email that I wrote them, and that the withdrawal was returned back to the account.

Hopefully, you can help me for them to reply so that I know what is going on.
