24k approved my skrill withdrawal of 50 euro on the 12th of June. It has never been received into my skrill account.

I have emailed 24k numerous times through their site and on email and have not been responded to in over two weeks?

Skrill have said they have not received any payment and you can see this in my evidence supplied. Im verified also.

Kindly note that the player's registered username and email with your casino could be found within the notification email sent by our complaint system automatically. To avoid losing time, however, we have just sent these manually in a private message.

Please confirm you have received the requested data and keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly.

24k actually paid this withdrawal the day I started the complaint.

Let's hope I don't have to use this service against them in the future.
