Withdrawal request rejected even using alternative deposit method
My account ID is 192057231. I deposited money using my mastercard and then I tried to withdraw fund back to my mastercard. It was rejected many times and I emailed the casino security - they said that this was technically not possible (Why not possible to refund to Mastercard? That option is on the withdrawal page - they didn't explain why not possible?) and they told me to make another deposit using an alternative method (e-wallet) then it will be ok to withdraw using that new method. I already made a deposit via Ecopayz (screencap) and it still wouldn't let me withdraw my fund to Ecopayz. They just wasted my time and keep giving excuse to keep my winnings and not paying back my winnings and money. I have attached the screencaps of all the transaction records and also the change of email with the casino security. As seen on May 21st, I tried to make a withdrawal request to refund money to the new payment method - they still rejected my withdrawal request. This is not fair. They just want to keep the winnings and are giving a hard time for the customers when the customers want to withdraw funds!
