Withdrawal Rejected Multiple Times
I made multiple withdrawl requests from my 22bet account today. They have all been rejected. I have made deposits from two seperate bank cards, I made a withdrawl request to both cards, both requests were rejected. I was told by support staff that the withdrawl had been rejected by my bank. I contacted both banks (two seperate cards) and both banks confirmed that everything was fine, they had not received any money transfer from 22bet. It was then suggested by 22bet support staff that I make a small deposit with an alternate method and then place a small bet of the same amount. Once this was done I would be able to make a withdrawl via this new payment method. I made a €1 via Skrill and placed a €1 bet on Soccer. I made a withdrawl request of €400 via Skrill which was then rejected as the withdrawl amount was not proportionate to the deposit amount I had made via Skrill.
I got back onto support staff who told me to email the security team and send screenshots of my deposit via Skrill. I did so and have heard nothing back, not even an ackowledgement of my email. Please help. Ihave attached pictures if this helps.
