Four days ago, I tried to made my first withdrawal from 22bet. All my deposits by that time were made with my Visa credit card, so I sent a Visa withdrawal request, but a message appears "Visa maintenance issue" so my request got rejected inmediately. I talked to the support chat, and they told me to make a deposit using other method different from Visa and then send the withdrawal request, so I did the deposit via Skrill. By this time, they told to write to the support email. Then I sent another request but got rejected because it said "amount exceeded account balance" which of course, was not true. It has happened twice that I get that message from the rejection. The support email tell me to wait a few hours and send another request, but has not worked, it gets rejected by the same reason. Every time I send an email, i attached the screenshots, I have done everything they told me to, but can't make my withdrawal. I really need help!!

I finally got my money! I sent a request yesterday and got approved and I received my money within minutes. After 2 weeks of trying.
