Withdrawal of 1000 EGP under review for over a month funds not received

I am filing a complaint against 22Bet Casino regarding a withdrawal issue that has been unresolved for over a month.

On August 7, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 1000 EGP. Since then, every time I contact support, I only receive the same reply: "Your request is under review." This has been going on for more than one month without any progress.
I even provided the casino with my official transaction statement, which clearly shows that no funds have been received. Despite this, I still receive the same repeated response with no proof of any actual payment.
This situation is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to receive my funds without unnecessary delay.
I kindly request that the casino provide the following:
1. A clear explanation for the delay.
2. Official proof of the transaction (Transaction ID or payment reference).
3. Immediate release of my withdrawal of 1000 EGP.
I am attaching evidence, including my transaction statement and screenshots of the casino’s responses.
