Dear AskGamblers Team,
I have a big Problem to withdraw my money from the Casino. I made my deposites with my MasterCard CreditCard. Now I want to withdraw to the same Mastercard I used for the deposit (100CHF). It Always shows the note :. (Denied by operator. (Payment processing error)). I checked the situation with my bank and from them everything is fine and there is no problem.
The customer service always tells me I shall use a different payment method. But I'm not allowed because I have to withdraw to the same Mastercard I did the deposit. Plus I will not put more money on an account I cant withdraw from!!! I am in contact with [email protected]. I provided them with all documents. They want from ID to CreditCard info everything! Very bizzare, but anyway I provided all the information. I see that lots of people were help, so this is way I write this complaint! The communication with them is very bad and slow!

Just to clarify, the winnings were made with slot machines and only a small part with betting! I had to place a bet according to 22bet Casino so my Neteller pay out option would be available! Unfortunately this is still not the case.
