Hi. I have requested two withdrawals for over CAD$2,500 each via the MuchBetter method over 36 hours ago and have not received the funds in my MuchBetter wallet yet. I have requested withdrawals in the past and even after these two particular withdrawals in focus, and have received the funds in my MuchBetter wallet ASAP - these two in particular are still 'processing' and support is not being helpful. Support keeps telling me that a specialist will look into it etc, etc, however more than enough time has elapsed and I have not heard anything definitive from support. The thing I really find odd is that I requested two smaller withdrawals after requesting these particular two, and received them no problem in my MuchBetter wallet. I need my funds to be processed to me!!
