Withdrawal denied
I have tried to redraw 29.000 d.kr from 22.bet casino
First they approved the redraw, and now 5 days later the cancelled it with this msg "Consultant 12:02:20
According to the information we have, the last withdrawal request was rejected from the side of the payment system.", so They say its Master Card that are having problems and not them
Well I have today had a talk with Mastercard and my bank (own my own companie so I have some people I can call at MAsterCard Denmark), and they say there are no problems anywhere and my card is working just fine, and they cant even see there has been tried to send 29.000 to my card from 22bet.com, and they should have a record of this, even if its denied, they can see the deposits I have made to them.
22bet support "Stacy", just keeps sending the same copypast msg, that the provider had a problem, well not acording to the provider (Master card", acording to Master Card, any attempt to send money to my card, should go right through with no problems.
I try to redraw to the same card/account as I have use to deposit the 9.000d.kr from (and they had no problem getting the money from my)
