22bet Casino - Withdraw requests rejected

I have verified my account after several delays. I have also verified my card.

I transferred $500 AUD from my card and am now wishing to withdraw $2000 AUD and there does not seem to be any option on the page to withdraw via card. After verifying my card and sending various big emails about withdrawing problems they have now sent the same email 3 times in a row " You can create a withdrawal request through the card."

I then transferred $100AUD into my account via bitcoin and tried to withdraw via that and am still getting a problem with payment even when I try and only withdraw $100. I have asked them to help clarify and I get responded with " You can create a withdrawal request through the card.".

Can you please help?
