Hi there,
I have requested many times a withdrawal of THB90,000 in 22 bet casino. I got withdrawal reject since four days ago, the reject reason is withdrawal blocked. I had deposit and withdrawal successfully before. They blocked my account suddenly without any notice.
I emailed their security team, they ask me send the first page of my passport and complete all the mandatory fields of my registration form which I did it right away. They reply me back that my data is under verification now, wait for the answer from specialist.
It’s been over three days. My account still got blocked by them without any explanation.
Please help me, I can't withdrawal my money and can't bet with anymore. My account number is 136456741

My account unlocked now and I can withdraw my money, but I still did not get my money because support team told me the money will transfer about 7 days. You can resolve this complaint.
So, I will reopen the complaint if I not get my money after 7 days.

My account is verified now, but I got some issues of withdrawal system.
I just withdraw my money amount THB15,000 2times (request no.346149147 and 346166331 )but it complete only 1 time and the request no. 346166331 not found in status withdrawal (please see attached files) and I have lost my money THB15,000
Could you please check and cancel the requested no.346166331?
