Unpaid withdrawal of 15300 USDT or 13550EUR because 22Bet asking for new deposit
Hello,
I am filing a complaint against 22Bet regarding an unpaid withdrawal of 15300 USDT or 13550EUR.

• Deposits made via BinancePay:
1. €100.07 - 117.57 USDT
2. €349.98 - 411.08 USDT
3. €349.98 - 411.08 USDT
4. €939.95 - 1104.04 USDT
5. €1,680.40 - 1973.18 USDT
6. €1,680.21 - 1973.18 USDT
7. €4,200.52 - 4932.94 USDT
All deposits were made directly via BinancePay, therefore there is no blockchain TXID. Instead, I provide the official BinancePay Order IDs and Merchant References, together with screenshots from my Binance account.
After building a balance, I requested a withdrawal of 13550EUR or 15300 USDT via TRON (TRC20). The withdrawal attempts were repeatedly rejected, and when I contacted support, he was told that I must first make a new deposit and place bets before they would release my funds.
This is an unfair and unacceptable condition. A withdrawal must not be tied to making additional deposits. I have already deposited significant amounts and provided all verification documents.
To support my complaint, I am attaching:
1. BinancePay deposit screenshots (Order ID + Merchant Ref).
2. Screenshots of rejected withdrawal attempts.
3. Chat transcripts with 22Bet support where they demand a new deposit before allowing withdrawal.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ensure that my rightful withdrawal of 13550EUR or 15300USDT is processed.
