Dear Team,
I have deposited 2 payments of 405 odd Rs to play on the slots. While opening slots it gave me error, i tried to withdraw deposited amount however it didn't allow me and asked to contact security team, i have submitted all the required documents. Finally they gave me a form and asked to fill in manually and send it to them which I did however they kept on saying its incomplete. I crossed checked and it's complete i asked them what is incomplete in form let me know.. They kept on replying like a bot rather than specifying what it is. I just want to withdraw my deposited amount back.
Request you to please help me get this resolved. Attached are screenshot of all email conversation.
