The support told me to email the security-email pictures of my passport and my mastercard so I could use a bank transfer.
The email they sent me back were:
"Dear user, the payout was rejected by the issuer bank, for technical reasons, the payment on the card is not available. ( Called the bank, they laughed.....)
Please use alternative payment methods. You must make a minimum deposit bla bla....."
No! I used my mastercard for deposit and now I want the withdraw made the same way. Come on, works with deposit but not with withdraw is not how a card acts.
