22bet Casino - Still haven't received my money

Hey! I have a problem with 22bet. I tried to make a withdrawal a few days ago, after I won 120 euro. First I tried alot of times before it even was accepted, but when they accepted my withdrawal I still didnt recieve my money. Since then I’ve e-mailed with them everyday. and they always require new documents. This far I have sent them a copy of my drivers license, passport, bills to show my adress, bank statement, copy of my mastercard etc. I wrote them on their online chat, and according to him they had what they needed, I was just supposed to wait. But the next days they didn’t answer me so I wrote them again, and then they needed more documents again.

I told them that it felt like a scam, and that I would write to you if they kept going like this. Can you help me with this? I’m not making any progress by myself with this. Thanks!

Dear COFFEELOVER and Askgamblers team,
the reason why the withdrawals were denied :

1) the customer was trying to use the other payment method to withdraw the founds and
according to our T&C - "You can only withdraw funds using the same payment details that were used for depositing funds into your account. If you use different methods to make a deposit, withdrawals should be proportionate to the deposits made using any particular method."

2) next. time the customer entered the amount to withdraw more than
the current balance
