After a smaller win a few nights ago, 22Bet decided to limit me to 0€ bets. They do not answer any of my emails, and their livechat is offline all day every day.
I then decided to withdraw my money, but none of the withdraw options are available to me. They ask me to use the method I used for depositing, which was sofort, and that option is not available as withdrawel
I managed to withdraw 2€ with Trustly as a test, but afterwards, that method disappeared and it can no longer be used.
I tried using SEPA, but they ask me to validate me ID first. I try to upload the document, but the submit button won't work. I tried several different browser and devices.
At this point, I just want to get my money out that place.

I managed to finally get in contact with someone via the live chat, who gave me an email to send the ID to for verification. I'm still awaiting response.
