Repeatedly declining withdrawal on multiple payment methods
After an unnecessary complicated verification process I was finally able to request withdrawal of the 600 on my account. The first requests were denied multiple times by the operator, without giving me a notification. After contacting their live chat, they informed me that the payment method wasn't supported (MasterCard) which to me was already confusing. They requested that I make a deposit with another card, which I did (1.50 with my VISA) and I requested the withdrawal again. After not getting anything after 3 days, I contacted them again on live chat, and they told me it was confirmed but that payments to cards can take 5-7 days. After ten days, I contacted them again and they said it was declined and asked me to send them a card statement, which I did. Even then, they declined it again and told me to make a new withdrawal request.
And again, it was declined, no information whatsoever was given.
I really need help here, it doesn't feel that they ever intended to actually pay out anything and I don't know what to do. I have screenshots of the transaction denials etc. and various emails for proof.
