22bet Casino - Refund request

UNRESOLVED
Complaint Info
Disputed casino 22bet Casino
Reason Refund declined
Amount € 8500
Posted on May 16, 2020

Hello, this to open an official complaint against the 22bet online casino. Below are the attachments relating to my refund request and the explanation of my request.
I am a person residing in Italy, as registered in my account, with email marcheti.s[email protected]icloud.com and username Marquez199. They have always assured him that he can play, despite being prohibited from receiving players from Italy. I reassured by their words I started playing quietly. Then, discovering the impossibility of registering they are scared and I asked for the blocking of my account and the return of my deposits, without however having a clear answer from them. my deposits amount to 8'500,00 euro, deposited with the restitution of the whole sum, as they have violated their terms and conditions registered my registration.
I initially tried to hear them directly to find a solution, then I leaned on Casinguru to try to solve the problem there too. I therefore ask you, not having had positive results to manage the situation and kindly to give me news about it.
This is really an unpleasant situation for me.
Diseguito finds all the necessary documentation to open a real complaint against them.
I remain available for any clarification and I offer

With best regards

What you say is patently specious. In Italy gambling is not prohibited, it is used. It is you of the 22bet site that you should not listen to subscriptions to players residing in Italy. Instead you have received the opportunity to do so, and above all at the time of registration, the form to be filled out contains the country Italy, which should not be contemplated by you.
Furthermore, my thesis is confirmed in the last lines of the answer.
Example: if I win € 100,000.00 and I have not deposited thousands of people for depositing and depositing the winnings, but if I have deposited 1,000.00 and I ask for a refund for the same reason related to the residence, do you say no? this is not very legal.

however, I have also sent my complaint to the licensee certri[email protected]aminglicences.com and I am also awaiting their response, in support of my thesis.

I also asked for an agreement several times, to avoid acting through your licensee,
which was 50% of my deposits. Everything would have ended when you accepted. You never gave a clear and exhaustive answer about it and consequently I was forced to act in another way.
If you are still interested, my 50% refund proposal is still valid, in case of a positive outcome I will withdraw all my complaints against you.
