Hi Askgamblers,
In attach you can find my bank statements and screenshots of conversation with 22bet Casino.
I made request on 06.01.2021 and I still don't have the money.
They were asking for bank statement, which I have provided as you can see in screenshots.
Customer care is very speed just in cases when they write you to provide bank statement. After that they are very very slow.
They were telling me that the payment is done so I am going in Corona time to bank to provide this statements.
And when I ask them to send me ARN number so my bank can track down the transactions, they are ignoring me second month in a row.
I don't understand, VISA transaction take 7 days at most.
Please help me if you can.

My bank wrote to me today.
They tracked the money but provided ARN numbers where not from VISA system.
I don't know if this is true, but second time they tell me that they have manually go via payments to track them down.
I will have my money on wednesday, so I will come back to you then.
