Hi,
I recently opened an account with 22bet and made two seperate deposits via a Visa card. One for $500 and one for $350.
After turning the balance over I was left with $330 I wanted to withdraw, that is when the problem started.
I tried to withdraw the funds via visa , and it came with an error message ‘visa maintenance issue’. This seems to be a technical problem which has not been resolved for months.
I contact the online customer service team and they tell me to deposit via another method and then I can withdraw. This time I deposit via MasterCard, but the same problem persists and I cannot withdraw my funds as they keep declining the transaction.
I continue to liaise with customer service and try withdrawing my $330 via payeer, neteller and perfect money. None of these options work and I am now left with little option but to make an official complaint.
It is obvious they do not want to make it easy to pay customers there money, but how can a company operate like this and get away with it?

I have tried to withdraw via the suggested method but it doesn’t work, again.
