To win the second time or some week later, then it is over. They just remove the payment method that you use to withdraw your money.
At first, you think it is just a technical issue, and that all will be fine. But after one day, 2, 3, after a week you contact them, at first, they reply, they are gonna fix it, they apologize to you. But nothing is done.
After 3 messages, they stop replying. When you request the "call me back option" they tell < some text missing > one week, or two, the issue is not solved and none of them is replying to you anymore.
After, a certain time, they will have the audacity to tell you to use another method to deposit money in their account and then try to withdraw with that one. I mean it is crazy that they got a license to operate. 22BET is a SCAM. I hope they lose all the customers that they have.
Hope they as well will be reported to any legal authority. They are a shame to the gambling world.
