18. July i asked support for help to withdraw. After 23 emails back and forth, among them, email where they said it was ready to withdraw I was told I needed to talk to another email adress. Another 41 emails back and forth, where I've been asked to send in: first, passport (they then told me it was okey to withdraw, but it did not work. Second: bank statement, they then told me it was okey to withdraw, it was not. Then they asked me to make a deposit with my neteller account, that way I could withdraw to that account. Then I had to deposit money into my neteller account, and then into thw casino. NOW, I just had to send them 3 different screenshots from my neteller account. Yesterday, 21st of July they told me it was okey to withdraw. It was not. Then they asked me, "have you tried withdraw using Visa?", I said yes, and told them the whole story once more. Then suddenly they send me a email saying the withdraw is accepted, but it is not. The money is still in the casino. And this is the worst part, after talking to them for 5 hours yesterday the live support tell me that I should try again tomorow morning and a specialist will accept my request (I have saved all the chat-log and the emails). I woke up, I log in. I try to withdraw, rejected. And the 24/7 livechat? Offline... Winnings: 30.000 NOK

After telling them that I had sent in a complaint to askgamblers, I got all the winnings within 20 minutes.

So its resolved.
