I submitted my documents supporting ID in order to withdraw funds. This was done 14 days ago (21 of Oct). When asking for a status update (as no guidance is offered in writing on how long this might take) I have written to support several times. Not only are they rude and arrogant, they totally lack any will to provide help. Only answer is: you will need to wait. So what is the hold up? All other sites offer max 72 hours of account verification, and if there are issues, their support is at least helpful and will explain why stuff is taking time. Please address this post haste.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of 22bet Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is happy to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

Dear Askgamblers team, we would like to inform you that the customer
managed to withdraw his founds and the reason why. the first request was denied -
customer had to fill in missing info in his profile.
