I placed a deposit yesterday and till now it's not been credited, their cs keeps on telling me to wait for "specialist" to reply by email but I only got 1 reply saying they will contact me again when it is resolved, but they actually said normally it really does take max 24hrs for credit to reflect, but now more than 24hrs passed still no credit and they still say the same response to wait and wait. Why can't they just refund it if they can't reach the account when I sent them proof of payment already?
