On the night of Monday on October 25th, I deposited € 700 via instant banking, which was not transferred to my betting account. I went straight to support and said what was going on? They said that the deposit failed but was still withdrawn from my bank account and that I should send screenshots of the deposit and a pdf file of the transaction. Of course, I did it within 5 minutes, because I would like to have the money back quickly.
After I didn't get an answer by email, which they promised me, I went back to the live chat. After they had annoyed me with ready-made texts and I exerted a little pressure, they told me that I would get the money by Friday, October 29th.
It's the 2nd of November today and I still haven't received anything. The only thing I get are very incompetent employees in the live chat. I am constantly told that the specialists are working on it and you will get an answer by email.
Now listen to people: I haven't received a single email, I had to go to the live chat every time I wanted information! They didn't even apologize willingly and offer me redress. After I addressed a redress, they said I should contact the e-mail: <removed sensitive data> Now you can guess whether they even got in touch? Of course not, for 4 days.
A small marginal note: On Friday I made a deposit of € 50 and € 10, which were debited again but not credited.
Watch out on the side! Incompetent workers who willingly will not send you an answer! You have to go into the live chat every day because you have the feeling that they don't even care.
