Deposit amount via Neteller processed but not credited to my balance
I deposit money to 22bet.com site via Neteller payment method on their application payment since 12 June 2020, but until now amount not credited yet, several time I chat with their online consulatnt and submitted my Neteller transaction screenshot to their support email, but alway said that " your request is being checked"
I don't know how can I get back my money?
Below are their feedback to my email:

If the transactions were rejected and the funds were not credited back, apply to your payment system for a statement that proves that the funds were not credited back.
