I have deposited INR 4995/-through UPI to the payment details provided by the casino on 16/10/2025, but it hasn't yet been credited to the game account. Despite contacting casino customer service many times through their chat, call, and email issue has not been resolved. Getting the same copy-paste messages.
Bots are replying by using a Human name in chat. I have attached the conversations of chat.
Don't want to raise this issue in public, but I am helpless because the issue was not properly addressed by the customer service specialist of the casino.
