Dear Askgambler team,
I recently started playing in 22 bet and amassed around 650000 inr by playing multi bets. Today i tried to withdraw money and it asked to send identity documents to security team.
So I have immediately sent Aadhar card and pan card as my identity documents.
99% of my deposit is done via icash and I rarely use crypto.
They asked me send the crypto deposit transactions along with the profile screenshot .
I have sent them details of my little binance transactions along with profile screenshot.
They keep on asking the same document again and again and I have sent them more than 6 times.
This is really frustrating and I have never heard if any casino is asking such documents.
Despite providing ALL requested KYC documents, my account verification is unnecessarily stalled with new, unreasonable requests to delay the process further.
I am attaching all the documents here for your reference.
Kindly assist me on this matter.
