Delaying my verification intentionally

I. Overview
I am writing to file a formal complaint against 22Bet regarding an unjustified account restriction placed on my account ([1613718153]) shortly after my registration and initial deposit.
II. Sequence of Events
Registration & Deposit: On [27/03/2026], I created my account and successfully made my very first deposit of [1000 INR by icashone].
The Issue: Within a few hours of my deposit, I attempted to place bets but found my account restricted. The platform displays a persistent error message stating: "currency=0" and "game not available."
Communication Attempt: I immediately contacted 22Bet support to resolve this issue.
Current Status: The operator has acknowledged the issue but has officially stated that they have "no specific timeframe" for a resolution. My funds remain inaccessible, and I have been provided with no explanation for this restriction despite being a new user who has not violated any terms.
III. Desired Outcome
I am requesting that 22Bet either:
Immediately lift the restriction on my account so I may access my funds and use the platform.
Alternatively, immediately process a refund of my initial deposit to the original payment method if they are unwilling to provide access to the account.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an ongoing issue with 22Bet that has left me unable to access my funds.

I decided to join 22Bet after reading positive reviews and recommendations about the casino on AskGamblers. Based on those reviews, I believed 22Bet was a trustworthy and reputable operator. I created an account, completed the verification process, and started playing on the platform.

Initially, I lost approximately CAD 20,000. Throughout my time playing, all deposits and withdrawals were processed almost instantly, and I never experienced any issues. My account was fully verified, and everything appeared to be operating normally.

However, this month my withdrawal request was suddenly declined. When I contacted customer support, I was instructed to contact the Security Department by email.

The Security Department first requested a copy of my identification document. I promptly provided a clear and valid copy. They then requested additional photos of the same ID from different angles and backgrounds. Although I found this unusual, I fully cooperated and submitted the requested documents.

After that, I was asked to provide proof of funds. Since a significant portion of the money I deposited originated from winnings previously earned and withdrawn from 22Bet itself, I provided evidence supporting this. Despite my cooperation, I received only the following response:

“Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible.”

I consider this response unprofessional and unclear. It does not explain what specific information is missing or what additional documents are required. Simply stating that “further actions are impossible” without providing clear guidance is not an acceptable way to communicate with a customer who has fully cooperated throughout the verification process.

Considering they might need first deposit .I prepared a detailed PDF document containing an explanation letter and a step-by-step breakdown of the source of my funds. I also included evidence showing how the money was transferred to my 22Bet account. Part of the funds originated from winnings at BC.Game, a platform where I have never experienced any issues with withdrawals.

Previously, support representatives would respond within an hour. However, after I submitted the requested documents and explanation, communication has significantly slowed, and I have been waiting a long time without receiving any meaningful response.

I have fully complied with every request made by 22Bet and have provided all documents requested so far. I am therefore asking AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter. I simply want my withdrawal processed.

I chose 22Bet because of its positive reputation and the reviews I read on AskGamblers. As a loyal customer who has deposited and lost substantial amounts on the platform, I did not expect to encounter these issues when attempting to withdraw my funds.

I am opening this dispute against 22Bet regarding a missing withdrawal of €215 from 14-05-2026.

I want to state clearly that I have ONLY EVER USED ONE SINGLE BANK ACCOUNT for all my transactions on 22Bet. I have never added, owned, or used any other IBAN on their platform.

22Bet provided an Inpay receipt (End-to-end ID: 4834843109) claiming the withdrawal is successful. However, their system processed the money to a completely WRONG IBAN (ES20 0182 5430 4502 0170 9315) which does not belong to me, even though my name and address are printed on it.

My correct registered BBVA Spain IBAN is ES09 0182 5430 4502 0171 0289 (proven by my previous successful withdrawal receipt from 13-05-2026). My bank (BBVA Spain) has officially confirmed that no funds ever arrived because the beneficiary name and IBAN mismatched.

I have already uploaded full proof including chat logs (Ticket 16858332 where agent Fred admitted the payment specialist is checking it) and my official signed BBVA contract showing my real IBAN. Furthermore, agent Janelle stated they would escalate it if I provided a bank letter, which I did, but they still refused to act. 22Bet support is ignoring the evidence and refusing to recall the funds from Inpay. Please help me get my money back.

Hi! I’m writing this complaint since I haven’t received my payment for the withdrawal request from Sunday 10th of May. It’s now been 8 days of customer service telling me to be patient and receiving automatically generated replies from so-called ”live agents”. The terms and conditions state that a withdrawal request should take a maximum of 5 days, and it’s now been 8. I’ve submitted every document they’ve asked for and before already got a payment from a different withdrawal request. However, this particular request has yet to be resolved, hence, I’m writing this complaint. They’re holding 150,11€ of my money, and they’re not able to provide me with answers nor a payment. The casino is not withdrawing my money. They put me through a verification process and requested various photos and documents. I provided absolutely everything. And now they’ve just been ignoring me for a month, giving me excuses. They’re not telling me anything. Just “please wait, your data is being verified.” It’s already been a month! Recently, I won a combo bet and tried to withdraw just ₹1000, which is not even close to 5% of my lifetime loss. Suddenly, my withdrawal was rejected, and they blocked all transactions on my account, including withdrawals, betting, and everything else.
I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been 3 days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly. I have suffered a lot because of this platform.
