I’m getting extremely concerned.
I recently signed up to 22bet, for the initial free sport bet offer (I lost).
I also enjoy live roulette (a little too much to be fair). I won some money and am awaiting just over £1700 in withdrawals.
I sent necessary document over as part of the verification process. Then recieved emails back with one that was insufficient. I then corrected this, and i was confirmed. All 3 documents were accepted, I.D, address proof and card.
I then got an email saying they didn't have the back of my card. So i sent it back quickly. They replied that the image quality was poor and required another, again i sent another good quality image.
I have yet heard no reply to this image and cannot log in, even attempting to change my password which goes though, then the log in fail persists.
I thought I had found a new favourite online bookie, with 22 also my favourite number. After googling ‘22bet log in issues’ I have just seen numerous posts of funds unfairly held.
Help please :(
