I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been 3 days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly. I have suffered a lot because of this platform.
