So I used 2nd MasterCard and successfully added fund but when I widraw the money using the second card it gives error like you can only widraw the money using the same payment method for cash in.
I already contacted the card provider and they have no idea what I'm talking.
It's impossible to reach their customer service I already tried to sent email 4times no response.. initialiase Chat 3times the consultant appears to be online but they're not responding.
I just need help get the money from my account. It's very easy to add fund however impossible to widraw.
