22bet Casino - Can't withdraw my funds

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for several times but the system and the consultant always advice me to send colored photo of the first page of my passport which i send it to them but always been declined and been trying to send it many times but always declined. I've talk to the consultant about that but say's "You need to send a colored photo of the first page of your passport.
Unfortunately, scanned copies are not accepted for verification.
Photographs should not be cut.
The photo of the main page of the passport should be fully seen and the information should be clearly readable."
Can someone help me to verify my account so i can withdraw my funds?

I try to withdraw my funds for more than 10 times. And last january 15 i email them explaining about my current situation which is the mastercard i used to deposit to my account was not linked to a bank account. i used my friends mastercard to deposit because i don't have one and now i will withdraw it thru cryptocurrency and they denied it. (see pictures below)

Dear Askgamblers team, we would like to inform you that the customer in this case
has breached our T&C - (paragraph 7.7) -
"
22BET does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from an bank account , bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name . If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated , also 22BET is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

During the course of the complaints process it became clear that the player violated 22bet Casino terms, by using the payment method which is not in player's name. Moreover, the player already confirmed this action within their latest post, therefore AskGamblers Complaints Team confirm and justify the casino actions.
